I seriously think I'm an indigo or a higher vibrational person of some sort. I've always felt different from other people, and have felt very misunderstood by my parents and family. I've been so misunderstood that I've been diagnosed with anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Dissorder at 12 years old in 1989. Back then there was no awarness of that indigo child/higher vibrational child stuff. Regardless of being misuderstood as a child and throughout my teenage years, I've always been told that I was highly intelligent and talented. But I felt that was a load of BS living in a society where women aren't valued much for smarts or inteligence (here in the US). I felt like it was all a total waste, because of living in a society that is superficial. I've also been very sensitive, just as higher vibrational people are said to be. I've also had awareness and curiosity about life after death, spirits/the spirit world, how people should treat each other better, how women should be treated better, etc.
I've never been able to see my spirit guides or talk to them or other spirits. I've been on meds since I was 12 and I think that blocked it. Another block was growing up Catholic, where you don't believe in psychic stuff.
Just last year, and the year before I've read afew of Doreen Virtues books such as "Godesses and Angels" and another one about incarnated angels, elementals, and star children. I found out about higher vibrational children such as incarnated Angels, Indigo children, Crystal Children, and Rainbow Children and it came to be that I must be one of those.
I see that I have ALOT in common with Indigo Children or higher vibrational people, such as:
1.) Being highly creative
2.) Being highly intelligent
3.) Having ideas how to do things better in society
4.) Being uncomfortable with authority figures
5.) Battling from anxiety or depression when I feel that I just can't win
6.) Been misunderstood by my family and peers
7.) Having trouble conforming or not wanting to conform
8.) Having empathy for people (especially ones who are different or who don't fit in)
9.) Having intuitive and empathic abilities (I don't actually read minds but sense things and how people are feeling).
10.) Constantly obsess about wanting to make a difference somehow (especially for women).
11.) I feel like I don't belong in the American society which I feel is too superficial and too much about abusing power, money, and exploiting people. Damn, that's just all WRONG!!!!
12.) I get easily annoyed with people who are arrogant and ignorant, and get upset that they won't listen if I tell them off.
13.) I feel invisible in a society (the US) that values people who are greedy, arrogant, stupid, tanlentless, etc..
14.) I feel that girls and women should be valued for more than just their bodies and their looks by men, by society, etc.
15.) Get easily bored when I have nowhere to go or nothing to do.
16.) Get easlily bored with things I'm not interested in.
17.) Always got accused of daydreaming too much or not paying attention.
.................and the list could go on!
