Where are we going on May 6/7? Does anyone have any idea for it? I would love another Egyptian meditation, but I'm at a loss as to where we're going to do this. ^-^ Sooooo, let's get going! ;D

Either the Valley of the Kings, or the Temple of Karnak. Or the Valley of the Queens although I have a feeling that's cos I have Ayreon in my head. Or maybe Ayreon is in my head for that precise reason. Damn my analytical self...

I am thinking about the Temple of Hatshepsut again... but the one I am most anxious to get to is still the Karnak-site.

Karnak describes a vast conglomerate of ruined temples, chapels and other buildings of various dates. The name Karnak comes from the nearby village of el-Karnak. ... The largest and most important group in the site is the central enclosure, the Great Temple of Amun proper. The layout of the Great Temple consists of a series of pylons of various Karnakdates. The earliest are Pylons IV and V, built by Tutmosis I, and from then on the temple was enlarged by building in a westerly and southerly direction. .... whole thingy here on it: www.touregypt.net/featurestories/karnak.htm

I'm easy...I would like to go someplace blue or green next month if possible! (Sorry--I'm a water bearer, you know...I dry out in the desert!) LOL

Awe-inspiring indeed, Alth!
Jonna, I'm with ya on the water thing... although Egypt does have the Nile. And the next continent I think is Central/South America - blue AND green!
