It seemed more like it was trying to make remote viewing seem harder than it really is than really trying to help people learn how to do it. I'm not really that worried about how remote viewing works, it's easier just to do it and see that it does work. It's really not complicated it's just something you have to get used to. All it takes is relaxation and focus.
A few little tricks: if you're trying to see what's at a certain set of co-ordinates: don't focus on what the co-ordinates are written on or that's all you'll see. Instead kind of de-focus then let the co-ordinates guide your focus. Viewing a person you've never met: find out as much as you can about them beforehand, it will help your mind find them.
Remote viewing does not involve connection to some omniscient "universal mind" (the first source would rather people develop their own abilities than imitate them using his: connection to him is useful for another purpose entirely), the energy pathways involved are usually within this universe and lead directly to the point of view of choice of the remote viewer.
