I'm not strong enough to actually push someone out of the way but I could make an energy shield that tickled anyone that tried to pass through it.

How do you do this? I haven't ever done telekinesis.

Neither have I.. at least not doing it successfully intentionally. Though I have made a shield that smelled of Pinesol once..

I've ruled out that I have the ability to do telekinesis conciously.

well maybe, but that doesn't mean you can't develop it.

True, but I have no idea how. I tried the techniques you described earlier, and didn't get anything.

Ssyn-- Developing abilities, if you don't have them naturally, usually takes more than an hour or so, it usually takes quite a while, even years! So just be patient, and eventually you will achieve the results you want. Good luck!

I've put in four 1 hour sessions, and not even some slight movemnt. I've tried everything I could think of, and the wheel I was trying to move didnt move unless I blew on it.

Um, I can't turn those paper-wheel things either (I managed once a while ago but never since). I find cat-hairs balanced on something much better training aids since they're lighter and there are more different possible ways of moving them than just turning them.

When practicing, also be sure you aren't breathing heavily through your mouth or nose which would cause the object to move, and makes sure no wind or breezes are passing through the room. Just a little tip!

I MOVED IT! No heavy breathing or anything. I just pointed my finger and it moved

YES! I moved it more than before! I love practicing TK! I seem to be improving quite a bit.

Congratulations! I'm envious now: I can do some TK but I'm not exactly improving.
