Hi there
In my dreams, I have telekinetic abilities, I can move objects with my hands, throughout my life so far my dream telekinetic ability has improved, I tried to use this ability in real life by kicking a can around, and I didn't get very far attempting to change the direction of the can after I kicked it. But I hear there are people who do have this gift, I knew someone whose mother could move objects across a table. I have not witnessed it by my own eyes though...that would be something to see

When i was a child it is said that all sorts of things would happen.. but i do not really remember. People said things would fly off the walls, meh.. Also Scientists state that this phenominia occours mostly during puburity. Big changes so on and so forth..So all the young one can maybe become concious of this...

I also have that ability in the dreams. It´s like moving things from far away to catch them. And bigger objects can be moved also to somewhere. Funny, you have had the samekind of situations. Sometimes i try to do it in the middle of the day, but it usually ends up to self-critisism.

I can move a hair or thread but nothing more. A good knowledge of chakras and their function really helps. Telekinesis follows a method very similar to charging objects.

Well, the method each person settles on is slightly different, but I can share what I find works best. I kind of ended up with this technique after trying a whole lot of others that didn't work for me at all, but then this one suddenly came to me. Firstly I draw energy from somewhere underground into my heart chakra, and it helps if I breathe in when I'm doing this. As I breathe out I concentrate the energy more tightly into my heart chakra. When I feel ready I make a beam of the energy to the object that I wish to move, and imagine the energy flowing into the object and binding to it. Once I have done this I can create a little movement as long as I can keep the connection and keep the energy flowing.

That's the same way I send energy to people, except I draw from both above and below. ^_^ Amazing that the same technique can do many different things.

I suppose I do draw from above and below too, but I'm more conscious of drawing from below, probably because my lower chakras are quite weak. Yeah it does do a lot of things, I'm sure I don't even know half of what it can do.

Tonight I was walking in the rain, and I found a new technique. I fill a space with energy, and turn the energy into a force field (really hard to explain what that feels like, but the feeling is similar to the other method). I was not conscious of drawing energy from outside myself for this one, but I didn't become drained, I just panted a bit. Anyway, this is my most successful bit of telekinesis ever: I made all the raindrops that would have landed on the top of my head just skim my face or bounce off the hair on the back of my head. Yay! I am now strong enough in telekinesis that it has two practical uses: changing traffic lights and keeping dry in the rain. Actually there is a third thing I've used it for that wasn't strictly for practice: I used it to injure a really annoying arrogant skeptic a few months ago. So yeah, I know what it's like to harm another person using my special abilities, and it is really not nice, and not something I can see myself ever doing again. That he took the hint is absolutely no consolation.

Cool stories, guys and gals.
Can't say I've ever tried it, my strengths are mostly in empathy. Thanks for sharing your efforts. Please keep posting.

Wow Jeremy ! Do you ever practice everyday that ability? How and with what did you begin first ? In my case I become easily discouraged... I'd like to be more perseverant I practice most days, but I became much weaker in it for a while after I shifted (that's from being more sensitive to irregularities in my energy flow), and almost gave up. I first began subconsciously causing problems with my computer last November, and somehow I found out what was going on even though I didn't believe I would be strong enough to do that kind of thing (I believed in telekinesis on a smaller scale because of certain experiments I'd studied), but I didn't figure out until around March. Well, originally I just wanted to have control over what I was doing, now I have done that and I am looking to extend my ability. I haven't ever been able to turn the paper pyramid either, I think some people just don't suit that exercise. Oh, yes, regarding various experiments, if chickens can do this, then you should be able to find this ability as well.

I also have these abilities in my dreams, and it's as if it takes no effort at all in them, like I'd been doing it for years.
It's funny how many of us have dreams about it. It makes me want to practice more in real life.

Jeremy, can you teach me this?

I can try, but I think I've already described the method pretty well in this thread, can you please tell me which aspect you would like me to elaborate? Some people who teach this start by getting their student to make balls of energy between their hands - this isn't actually part of the method, but it's valuable training for it anyway, and the energy balls can have their uses once you learn how they work.

Well, can you begin from the begin please. I'm not that good in English. I'm going to read this topic again then.

Ok, I try to begin from the beginning. Well, start by pulling energy (I'm not sure exactly what it is, it feels a bit like static electricity) from your surroundings into yourself. The first few sessions you might want to just do this and experiment with moving the energy through yourself. I find it helps to think about breathing, and draw the energy into myself from outside when I inhale, and condense it inside me when I exhale. Once you're used to this, try sending the energy through your arms and forming a ball of it between your hands. This is the easiest way to get used to sending energy out of yourself to a specific place. Once you're used to this you can start experimenting with lines of energy instead of balls. At first don't try to make the line do anything, just practice sending it. Once you're used to that you can start using the line of energy to move something by causing it to flow into the object and changing itself from whatever type of energy it is to kinetic energy.

I have to share something with you guys. Something beautiful just happend. I meditated for a girl that felt bad, she had a bad headache. So I started to meditate, not very long, but just good. At the end of my meditation my hands were filled with static electricity. I could feel it. And no it was not that my hands were sleeping. It was really static energy man. Amazing.
And so her headache was gone.
Helvetisaz
EDIT: I still feel so happy. This feeling in my hand man. It was fucking elektricity. It just came suddenly.

Ok, now I control it. If I think of my hands they begin becoming static man. It's so cool. I've been practising this on school everyday now. I can defenatly feel my hands sending out warmth.

Wow that is gorgeous! I never really tried any of this seriously. I did toy around with some energy between my hands once during a meditation (so very subconsciously) but at the moment where I understood what I was doing the energy just went away. I want to try it again though.

It makes me smile to think of this topic as an example of a dream becoming reality

Welcome to the realm of magic If you pratice your ability to remove headaches you'll be able to do it with just closing your mind and focusing...I used to be able till....I fell out of pratice.

Well, when I used to do it regularly I would focus on the person, namely there head ache and I would push my energy out. and picture my energy 'lceaning' their head, more or less. and healing them. And then their headache would vanish :L)

Hello. I didn't introduce myself properly before, but i will do it someday(promise!).
Until the age of 11 I had telekinesis abilities(and probably still have somewhere deep inside, but i only start to recover all what i lost), but later i just thrown it away as an unneeded ability(like most others). Only once an actual person saw me doing it (around the age of 8 i believe). And i wish to share with you the technique that i used to move cups from one side of the table to the other, but please don't expect it to make much sense as its my childhood memories and it was more or less natural at that time.
At the start i felt a very strong urge to move it and i knew -exactly- where i want it to be like it was breaking nature laws by standing at the current spot. Next i closed my eyes and felt a strong sensation at my stomach area and at the same time i visualized the table and everything on it. But the visualization looked a bit strange, because it didn't look like i was imagining it but like i was looking straight at it through a small layer of depression(much like in that surrealistic/depressive movies). The windows, table and everything on it looked bright and everything that didn't have a direct natural light on it looked almost black and surrealistic. Next i moved my vision really close to the cup to the point that it looked like I'm almost inside the cup. Then i felt the sensation from my stomach moving fast and in loads into my head (felt like a good push) and my vision suddenly started to accelerate to the spot where i wanted the cup to be (i always felt/believed that it will be a crime against universe not to have it there). I hared and felt how the cup is moving(also felt some kind of ethereal wind in my face) and after reaching the destination my vision returned back into my body with even greater speed. After i opened my eyes the cup would be in the exact spot where i wanted it to be.
Is it real? Is my memory is good? Judge yourself and please post your results if you decide to experiment with this technique. And ask to explain better if you didn't understand something.
Edit: You know. After reading it i start to suspect that that it might be AP. Is it even possible to move real objects through astral?

oh yeah. I think i found a more or less good comparision to how i saw the world with closed eyes. If you saw a movie called Night Watch(2004) then it will be in some way similar to how the world looks from the "gloom"

I saw the movie Night Watch, yeah (was a very good one ;D), so I know what it looks like. It must have been quite scary to see the world like that though... I think that I'll try it out once I have stopped struggling with myself. Right now I don't feel a connection to the earth, despite various attempts to restore it, and I want to have the connection again before I attempt telekinesis. But I'll keep it in mind for the future though.

it does look rather like the gloom until you've got used to it - but a lot more pleasant looking.
Anyone up for a long-distance tickle fight? Gemma lost one of those to me last night.

Jeremy, when you said you could deflect drops of rain using a 'force field', I think you combined Telekinesis with an energy shield.. I've only done that once. It pushed one of my friends out of the way and caused him to say "WTF?"
