Ahh, the astral plane, a land where I am blinded and devoid. When one completely understands this place, and lives in perception, then one lives in tao or zen or whatever. It is like the realities of our outside world. I once tried to astral project from a lucid dream, but I had no direction so I felt like I was moving through treacle, perhaps someone with better knowledge of the astral plane could explain?

Hey WJ,
Please give us your answer, first. It's like how we would we know the dance moves unless we saw someone doing it first. Everyone gets on the dance floor once the first couple does, and as long as the rhythm is good.

Hmmm, I'm not sure I quite understand the question.
But I'd like to.

Hmm... for some reason or other I know what you're talking about... but I don't know how to describe it. So that gets us nowhere. I think that trying to astral project from the basis that is a lucid dream is difficult. Lucid dreams are already a fragment of this astral plane (however small that fragment is) and therefore if you've got no direct point to where you want to go within the astral plane itself it is nearly impossible to move from the lucid dream towards the full astral plane. It's like your soul needs to adjust to the changes which are contained within the motion of moving and that this is difficult because you need to take small steps at a time. It's like you're trying to jump towards the top of the stairs while you're just on the second step of them. Or something like that.
