So... um... when do we get to fix the school systems? I know I'm being impatient but... I want them to be better NOW!

Gah. I hate my school's system It's just like every other school's system, but they decide what's extreme. I also hate the military training class; you have to be completely clean shaven, including your hair. So basically guys can't have long hair. Which sucks, because I won't have anything other than long hair. In normal school, we can't spike our hair if it's longer than 6 inches, We have to tuck in our shirts, etc.

My school was similar, (we didn´t have a military training class though) But for some points I can definitely agree. I mean.. hair should be neat.. I´d say ok fine if you want it long, but for this military thing keep it neatly tied back so it´s not in the way. And there´s nothing wrong with tucking in your shirt Looks far smarter, and you don´t see many business men with their shirt hanging out. .. but that´s just because I´m very into my appearance and presentability.

I don't like school either. But anyone can help make the school systems better, a little at a time. If someone is being teased, called a name, or made fun of, politely stand up for the victim. You probably won't see a major change all at once, but it will be a start, and every bit helps. Set a good example for other students by helping others, being kind, and including others who are often ignored or pushed aside. Who knows? Maybe someone will notice your actions, approve of them, and as a result, do the same. At the very least, you'll make somebody a little happier at school. Oh, and if you are brave enough, maybe you could even sign up for student council, if your school has one, and voice your (and other students') opinions. If one particular thing is bothering you, like a classmate bullying you or something, maybe you could try talking to a teacher you trust, or even talk to, or write a letter to the principal.

I think we need a really big change, like completely reformatting the systems.

I agree with you, elieria. Unfortunately, it's probably quite difficult. So many people are set in their ways and unwilling to change, and there might be money issues involved with some school systems...
But I agree...baby steps for now would help though, if only a little.

START ASKING WHY?
Go deeper towards truth, and the truth will take you deeper.
WHY are you going to school? WHY are you getting out of bed tommorow? WHY is it important to deal with structure?
If you don't care WHY, then don't complain, cuz it just takes up space!
WHY do you like some teachers and not others? WHY do you not have the patience to ask WHY? WHY do you let emotions take control? WHY do you want information? Or, do you just want stuff? WHY?

I feel terrible for those who are experiencing such negatives about your school systems. Why generalize? Not all school systems are awful. I have posted a couple of posts about the school system in which I taught in and it wasn't the way you are saying it is. I feel very good about it and respect it. I feel they are doing things very differnetly than even when I began teaching and it IS for the benefit of the children. The teacher's work is a lot more.....and people don't seem to recognize that. I feel that what I'm hearing here is that you want everyoen to be aware of the indigo children......truth.....that isn't going to happen right away. It will take time......however, things are changing. AT least where I taught they are. Have some faith and some positive visions and see where it takes you. Try to see the other persons' view....the teacher's view. We as teachers are always trying to see to parent's view or the child's view..........now I feel some need to see the teacher's view as well. WE are all ONE after all.

Thank you, ocanjasmine. It's interesting to hear your perspective on schools and I see what you mean about trying to see the teacher's point of view. Very interesting.
