I am always extremely sensitive and anxious... I have a lot of panic attacks and breakdowns. Does anyone have a similar problem? I've been like this for years but I'm still trying to figure out how to deal with it. It seems that I've tried everything to get over this anxiety but everything I've tried tends to work for only a short amount of time.
Also, since I am really sensitive, I get overstimulated very easily and I sort of go into a trance when too much is happening at once. It makes it hard to function (I had a bit of a breakdown in the grocery store the other day) and I don't know what to do...

All I can say is you have a choice, you can go through this breakdown consciously and willingly (transform this breakdown or series of breakdowns into a breakthrough) or you can go through it unconsciously being dragged kicking and screaming. I cannot tell you how to go about changing a breakdown into a breakthrough, that is up to you to eplore for yourself. I can give you possible ways that might, I repeat *might* work for you. However, it is up to you to decide which ones or combination thereof works or doesn't work for YOU. But, I can say this: You WILL go through breakdowns or breakthroughs. It is up to you which you choose to go through.

I appreciate your comments, Kiva. They made me stop and think... Thanks. I would be interested to hear what these are.

Elieria, I have similar issues. If possible, when this happens, I try to find a quiet and private place where I can calm down and collect my thoughts. For me, this spot tends to be my bedroom. I lie on my bed and take deep breaths for a few minutes until I feel somewhat calmer. Then, I mentally ask my guardian angels to help me with whatever I'm feeling nervous about. Once I feel better, I wash my face with a cold paper towel and talk to my mom about why I'm worried. This usually works for me; not permanently, but they help me get through my breakdown so I can more easily deal with my situation.
When I feel overstimulated in a crowded area, often it's hard to find a place to calm down. I try to stay to the side, and get out of the place I'm uncomfortable in as soon as possible. Other than that, I don't have any suggestions for you, but good luck!

Good ideas. I just found a really good book called "The Highly Sensitive Person" by Elaine N. Aron. It's helped me a lot. It's good knowing I'm not the only one who is anxious and sensitive. Thanks for all your help!

Elieria, you sound so much like me! That book sounds interesting. I'm glad I could help you, but as I mentioned before, I have the same problems as you do, so I don't know if they'll work well for you. I still haven't managed to stop my shaking and extreme nervousness, but I'm trying. It just makes me feel so vulnerable, not knowing if I'll be able to hold in the tears or stop myself from shaking or going out of control. Sometimes I just don't know what to do...

Have you considered wearing rocks on your chackras. I reccomend charged amethyst moldavite and ametrin. They protects your aura. Can be plastered on your chackras with micropore tape.

Ímao if you take seriously the imaginary of dreams from random people, and believe in, them litteraly. You seriously have lost alot of earth ground.. ;D Dreams are allways about the person dreaming, not others.
Btw Stop talking about yourself....
