Hi, everyone! I hope you all are well. I haven't been here in a while, but I have been thinking about you guys and checking back every once in a while. I have so many questions, so much wonderment. So here is my new question. Do your hands tingle when you meditate? Usually, as soon as I close my eyes and clear out my mind of all my thoughts, my hands begin to tingle. Normal, or not? Have a nice day!

I feel waves of hot/cold (Meaning not hot and not cold, but odd) passing through certain parts of my body at certain times. I can't say I've ever seriously sat down and meditated though...I just try to open up the lower gateway and move energy through animals that I encounter.
Perhaps if you can practice holding your relaxed state during meditation, you can do other things with your hands. If you have ever seen the Matrix, think of those girls juggling the letter blocks with their minds. Doesn't have to be telekinesis, but the only limit to your ability is the amount of confidence you put into it working.
For example, say someone magically had 100% confidence in their ability right off the bat. They would be able to accomplish exactly what someone who had been practicing for years could do.
