...I wasn't sure if this belonged here or in General...feel free to move it...but it is the Finding Unity forum, right?
I know that there's TONS of proof that we're all connected...through our cultures, religion, etc. etc. I want you guys to list what proof you find.
Here's to start:
The pyramids are on the two opposite sides of the globe - built by both the Egyptians and the Mayans.
The golden rule is in at least 10 different faiths...in some form or another, but it means the same thing. (thnx Uriah for that post)
What else guys?

The "agricultural revolution" occurred almost simultaneously through almost every part of the world about ten thousand years ago, even though the cultures which experienced it were not all at the same level of technological or social development beforehand.

I think the music of the 1950's changed the World. It was a great conduit for the beginnings of global connectedness, and has easily maintained it's place in popular culture. Even though I wasn't there, my parent's were. Through them, I was exposed to the music that united their generation. However, I can't really say that I identify with the music of my great-grandmother's, or my grandmother's generation. It seems, the music of the 1950's had a very strong resonance with the people of the world. Also known as the great radiowave evolution.
