Lately, within the past year or so, I've been especially sensitive to processed/unhealthy/meaty/fast foods. For example, I used to love KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken), but lately, whenever I eat it, I get headaches, an awful stomachache and I throw up. I've never really been too sensitive to junk foods/meat, so it kind of caught me by surprise. I also used to like McDonald's food, but now it just gives me bad stomachaches... Any thoughts on why this is? I know higher vibrational people are often sensitive to "artificial foods", but it's never been too much of a problem for me until now. Heh, sorry I keep posting so much, again, I have so many questions, and a lot is happening in my life right now.

A lot of people do, but it didn't usually happen to me until recently!

LOL I don't eat tons of junk food, it's just, mostly with fast food, I get a stomachache. My brother loves McDonald's, so we used to go there whenever we had long car trips and I usually didn't feel sick at all after eating it, until recently... But it's especially noticeable in KFC; I used to LOVE KFC, now I'm afraid of it, LOL.

No. I eat mostly organic foods, and my mom actually wants me to gain weight, because I am 3 pounds underweight for my height and age. It's not really a problem of weight, I have a very low metabolism and get full quite easily, I just haven't been feeling well after eating certain foods.

your body rejects junk food for a lot of reasons and gives you a signal to stop eating it. I would be afraid of KFC food too. well I would never eat it. it is like poison. happy weekend

The guy who came up with the weights for heights had an eating disorder. The weights are too low for their heights.

Oh, I don't know. My mom just said I need to gain weight because I'm underweight or something. I just get full very easily. My pediatrician said I'm slightly underweight too, but I'm just saying, I don't really have any weight problems with eating, I'm just suddenly sensitive to foods I used to not be sensitive to.

When I was 18 I went through a stage of becoming sick if I ate any meat especially chicken and collapsing on the floor if I ate any wheat products. I don't know if I was indigo then or not. I could sense and use energy to a limited degree but I hadn't realised that it could have colours. I guess sometimes our bodies need long breaks from things.

Okay, thanks for the reassurance, Jeremy. It's always nice knowing I'm not alone. I can eat some meats and all wheat products as far as I know, it's really just the greasy chicken and fried foods I feel sick after eating. This has always been true to a minor degree. I remember I couldn't eat fried shrimp; when I was six, I got a horrible stomachache and threw up a lot after eating it. My mom says I've always been sensitive to food, and she's cooking a bit healthier, and about two weeks ago, we actually tried Thai food for the first time, and it was yummy!

I can't eat shrimp without my mouth swelling up. I also think Thai food is very nice, I particularly like tom yum gai, which is an especially spicy soup that causes most white people's eyes to water like someone's broken their nose.

Rofl, I'd probably be one of them. My mom and I can't handle really spicy foods. Any foods on the menu with a star, two stars, or more, we avoided. (The stars indicated spiciness) LOL.
