Did anyone else happen to suffer from insomnia this past Sunday and/or Monday (2/26 & 2/27)? Monday night was the worst for me---only could sleep for 4 hours. Just curious if it was just me. I also noticed on Monday night the birds were singing as loudly at 3 AM as they were at 3 PM that afternoon. Kinda weird--I did not know if I was onto something or just going insane! Have a great day! Jonna

Well, look at it this way, at least we were not suffering alone--even if we felt like it! LOL
Something's in the air....

strange dreams, waking constantly, feeling presence in the room, odd sensations in my body. .. the 27th was the start of it for me but it's not gotten better since. I read on the starchild accension website that the old energies are being broken up as the new ones assert themselves for good. They say that it may seem like things are falling apart all around us as the old energies go through their death throes. Despite my troubled sleep I have been feeling like the eye of a hurricane. .. perfect stillness within the chaos. That is one of the most wonderful things ever. I'll take the circles under my eyes if that's the price. GRIN
p.s. off topic. . . is it my computer or is the site a victem of Mercury's wrath? No one's said anything so I'm thinking maybe it's me. . all the pics have "oops!" place holders.

I've been unusually tired all week as well, but I blame it on not getting to bed early enough.
pd, I get the oops's for the smileys and such as well. it's the site.
I figured photobucket was down, and the links would come up in a few hours the first time I saw it...but evidently that's not the case...but it does look like it's every picture linked to photobucket, since some of the avatars are included...so I believe they must have the problem. my avatar is uploaded, not linked to pb.

A friend of mine had a lot of trouble with sleeping. I have had no problems at all, except for the fact that I suddenly can't remember my dreams anymore.

The last few days I have actually been sleeping more. Much more than usual and I am able to remember my dreams much better now. I have woken up in the middle of the night a few times too which is uncommon for me.
Also have the oops from photobucket.

I sleep for long periods of time.. In terms of undisturbed sleep I have been fine.
.. Only thing I can complain about lately is constant backaches..
But I've been feeling very well rested lately.. I can jump out of bed.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one!
My sleep has been very similiar to what pearldancer mentioned in her first post.
Restless, feeling prescences, seeing a few in the shadows. Also my dream have been OUT OF THIS WORLD crazy. So much going on in them that doesn't seem to make sense that I feel I should look up in the morning, but it's been hard to remember all the details.
Whew.

I've been sleeping through the night, strangely (since i usually wake up a lot), the past few nights, but my dreams have been so involved! I wake up and i have to sit there for a while if i want to remember what happened. ~ Heather

I have been in a period of blankness it seems. In order to function, I have had to take sleeping pills since last week, & I usually remember my dreams as well--even with sleeping pills. However, last night was the first night I remember any of them & I seem very foggy long into the day. Like living a dream--but without the energetic feelings or happy returns. I become very agitated easily & I feel like I want to run to somewhere...but I don't know where.
Just waiting.....
