No New Posts Sleeping Patterns

Sleep is essential for all human beings but even more so for indigo and crystal children. Through dreams, higher-vibrational people reconnect to their source and have the chance to rediscover their knowledge. It's not always perfect, of course, because many children have trouble sleeping or waking up, others have nighmares or are afraid of the dark.
